Sol Invictus Vineyard is the dream come true!  After searching the Treasure Valley for the idea growing location, we located a site perfect in orientation and soil to produce delicious wine grapes.  With a sandy-loamy profile and plenty of air drainage, we have maximized our ability to reduce water irrigation and minimize applications of sprays.
